A Conversation with Jason Grumet, American Clean Power Association CEO

Mark Bloomfield speaks with Jason Grumet, CEO of the American Clean Power Association (ACP).   ACP is the foremost trade association representing the clean energy industry, with nearly 800 member companies to provide families and businesses with affordable, reliable energy made in the U.S., and powered by American workers.   Jason Grumet is respected on both sides of the aisle for his innovative approach to impacting public policy. He joined ACP from the Bipartisan Policy Center (BPC), which he founded and ran as president for 15 years. Grumet brings that same vision and passion to ACP, building on the passage of historic legislation to accelerate clean energy innovation and deployment.  Prior to founding BPC, Grumet led the bipartisan National Commission on Energy Policy. These experiences shaped his view that the national interest is best served when broad perspectives are brought together to craft durable national policy.
