Distinguished Fellows

The ACCF Center for Policy Research inaugurated its Distinguished Fellows Program in 1994 to bring the tax, regulatory, and environmental policy research undertaken for the Center by some of the nation’s leading scholars to the attention of policymakers and opinion shapers in the Congress, the administration, and the media. There is a continuing need in the public policy arena for academic research on capital formation issues to help clarify the economic impact of such policies and provide guidance for policymakers.
