On April 27, the American Council for Capital Formation and Philip Morris International co-hosted a salon: “Can Washington Free Innovation from Red Tape?”

Representative Kevin P. Kiley (R-CA) joined industry leaders and policy think tanks, the Congressional Black Caucus and Hispanic Chamber of Commerce for a robust discussion on the challenges and opportunities facing innovation today.
