ACCF Webinar with John Taylor, Professor of Economics, Stanford University

The ACCF proudly hosts a webinar with John B. Taylor, Ph.D., Mary and Robert Raymond Professor of Economics at Stanford University.

Professor Taylor is renowned for his expertise in macroeconomics and monetary policy. He is the author of “The Taylor Rule”, an equation linking the Federal Reserve’s benchmark interest rate to levels of inflation and economic growth.

Professor Taylor served as Under Secretary of Treasury for International Affairs under President George W. Bush and on the Council of Economic Advisers under President Jimmy Carter and President George H.W. Bush. Professor Taylor also served on the Congressional Budget Office’s Panel of Economic Advisers from 1995 to 2001.

In addition to his duties at Stanford University, Professor Taylor serves as the George P. Shultz Senior Fellow in Economics at the Hoover Institution and we are also proud to have him on our ACCF Board of Scholars.
